CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order an automated confirmation email is sent out to the registered email address, where you can find all the details of your order. We would recommend that you save the order confirmation in the case you would need to contact our customer support.
Once we start handling your order, a delivery confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. In this email you can find further information about the delivery of your order, and a link will be attached that allows active tracking of your order.
When the parcel is ready for pickup or delivery, you will receive an e-mail or SMS notice from the freight company. If your package is booked for home delivery, it usually requires your signature.
DELIVERY
Deliveries within Europe take 2-6 working days and to the rest of the world it takes 2-8 days.
As a rule, the Purchaser has the possibility to cancel the order in case of longer delivery delays. If you wish to do so, please contact our customer support.
All deliveries are made by DHL. There is a time frame estimation available for each delivery option at checkout, which shows an approximation of how long each delivery option would take to reach the destination. This is only an approximation, since the freight is carried out by third parties it is not something that we can guarantee.

Express delivery costs within Europe starts at 9 EUR. Please note that the cost might differ across different delivery countries. To the rest of the world, the shipping cost starts at 29 USD. Local taxes, as well as any customs duties are paid by the Purchaser (including the UK and Northern Ireland after 1st January 2021).
If you do not collect your package from a service point, we charge a fee of 150 SEK/NOK, 125 DKK, 15 EUR, 10 GBP, 20 USD.
Verseau Paris reserves the right to change this policy for certain exceptions, and for future updates.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Verseau Paris has a return policy that allows you to return any product to us within 30 days of receiving your purchased products. Returns and exchanges are paid for by Verseau Paris.
The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.
Our return/exchange process in x simple steps:
- Send us an e-mail at info@verseau.paris with your order number and we will send you the return form and address tags necessary to make a return. You also need to send your return form in the package that was sent with your delivery.
- Put the products you wish to return or exchange, in original and resalable condition with all original tags, together with the return form (which we will email to you) and the original packaging.
- Follow the instructions provided for parcel pick up or drop off at a shipping partner service point.
- Once we have received and approved the return we will credit your account.
In case of an exchange we will send you the new item. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference before shipment.
We compensate for the costs of returns and for sending you new items. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Verseau Paris.
PAYMENT
Verseau Paris offers payment through different payment partners who ensure safe payment: Stripe and PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for debit- and credit card payments.
We accept payments via PayPal in all markets. Please note that orders made via PayPal can only be sent to the address registered under personal information in your PayPal account, as their information overrides anything else you might put in at checkout for safety reasons.
The Seller may charge the Purchaser for the good from the time it is sent from the Seller to the Purchaser. If the Purchaser uses a credit or debit card to make the payment, the Seller may hold the funds on the card when the order is placed. The card will be charged on the same day the good is sent.
Verseau Paris reserves the right to cancel orders when needed i.e. when the payment cannot be completed or when stock errors occur and an ordered product is not in stock.
When this happens, an email is sent out to the customer with information about the cancellation. This policy still applies after related order confirmation emails and/or shipment confirmation emails have been sent out.
VAT & DUTIES
Please note that you may be charged VAT, duty and other related fees for the country you live in when picking up the delivery. Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package.
Verseau Paris has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
Please contact your local customs authority and delivery companies (e.g. UPS and DHL) for up to date information about what rules and fees apply to you.
DEFECTIVE GOODS & REFUNDS
If the good is defective, the Purchaser must notify the Seller that he/she wishes to invoke the defect within 14 days after delivery.
If the good has a defect and this is not due to the Purchaser or to conditions on the part of the Purchaser, the Purchaser may choose between replacement, demand a price reduction, or demand that the contract be terminated.
Notice should be given to the Seller in writing.
Replacement
In case of defect, the Purchaser may choose the delivery of an equivalent item.
The Seller may however oppose the Purchaser’s claim if carrying out the claim is impossible or causes the Seller to incur unreasonable expenses. Replacement shall be performed within a reasonable amount of time.
The Seller does not as a rule have the right to more than two attempts to cure for the same defect.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Any customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery. In such case, the client must notify the Seller in writing at info@verseau.paris
The return request will be confirmed by Verseau Paris to the client by email. The client must follow the procedure mentioned into the email confirmation. Return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
When the Purchaser exercises his/her right to cancel, the good must be returned to the Seller no later than 14 days after notice has been given in writing to the Seller.
Return is free-of-charge if the order was placed from any country of the European Union, Canada and United States of America. In such case, the customer must use the prepaid shipment label in order to facilitate the reimbursement of the order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Any customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of fourteen (14) days from the delivery. In such case, the client must notify the Seller in writing at info@verseau.paris
The return request will be confirmed by Verseau Paris to the client by email.
The client must follow the procedure mentioned into the email confirmation.
Return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
When the Purchaser exercises his/her right to cancel, the good must be returned to the Seller no later than 14 days after notice has been given in writing to the Seller.
Return is free-of-charge if the order was placed from any country of the European Union, Canada and United States of America. In such case, the customer must use the prepaid shipment label in order to facilitate the reimbursement of the order.
The Seller will pay back the purchase sum to the Purchaser within 14 days after the communication of the Purchaser of the withdrawal right, subject to the receipt of the Products and its excellent condition.
The Seller has the right to retain the repayment until it has received the goods from the Purchaser, or until the Purchaser has documented that the goods have been sent back.
If the client does not adhere to these terms and conditions, including conditions of return or exchange, Verseau Paris cannot proceed to refund the products in question.

PARTIES

The purchaser is the consumer who places the order, and is designated in the following as the Purchaser.
CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order an automated confirmation email is sent out to the registered email address, where you can find all the details of your order. We would recommend that you save the order confirmation in the case you would need to contact our customer support.
Once we start handling your order, a delivery confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. In this email you can find further information about the delivery of your order, and a link will be attached that allows active tracking of your order.
When the parcel is ready for pickup or delivery, you will receive an email- or SMS notice from the freight company. If your package is booked for home delivery, it usually requires your signature.
DELIVERY
Deliveries within Europe take 2-6 working days and to the rest of the world it takes 2-8 days.
As a rule, the Purchaser has the possibility to cancel the order in case of longer delivery delays. If you wish to do so, please contact our customer support.
All deliveries are made by DHL. There is a time frame estimation available for each delivery option at checkout, which shows an approximation of how long each delivery option would take to reach the destination. This is only an approximation, since the freight is carried out by third parties it is not something that we can guarantee.
Delivery is considered closed once the Purchaser or his/her representative has taken possession of the item.
If the delivery time is not stated in the ordering solution, the Seller shall deliver the good to the Purchaser within a reasonable time frame and no later than 30 days after the order is placed by the Purchaser. The good shall be delivered to the Purchaser unless other special arrangements are made between the parties.
SHIPPING COSTS
As a rule, Verseau Paris covers all return costs for orders and for non-express deliveries worldwide.
Express delivery costs within Europe start at 9 EUR. Please note that the cost might differ across different delivery countries. To the rest of the world, the shipping cost starts at 29 USD. Local taxes, as well as any customs duties are paid by the Purchaser (including the UK and Northern Ireland after 1st January 2021).
If you do not collect your package from a service point, we charge a fee of 150 SEK/NOK, 125 DKK, 15 EUR, 10 GBP, 20 USD.
Verseau Paris reserves the right to change this policy for certain exceptions, and for future updates.
Returns & Exchanges
Verseau Paris has a return policy that allows you to return any product to us within 30 days of receiving your purchased products. Returns and exchanges are paid for by Verseau Paris.
The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.
Our return/exchange process in x simple steps:
- Send us an e-mail at info@verseau.paris with your order number and we will send you the return form and address tags necessary to make a return. You also need to send your return form in the package that was sent with your delivery.
- Put the products you wish to return or exchange, in original and resalable condition with all original tags, together with the return form (which we will email to you) and the original packaging.
- Follow the instructions provided for parcel pick up or drop off at a shipping partner service point.
- Once we have received and approved the return we will credit your account.
In case of an exchange we will send you the new item. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference before shipment.
We compensate for the costs of returns and for sending you new items. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Verseau Paris.
PAYMENT
Verseau Paris offers payment through different payment partners who ensure safe payment: ……., ……, and PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for debit- and credit card payments.
We accept payments via PayPal in all markets. Please note that orders made via PayPal can only be sent to the address registered under personal information in your PayPal account, as their information overrides anything else you might put in at checkout for safety reasons.
The Seller may charge the Purchaser for the good from the time it is sent from the Seller to the Purchaser. If the Purchaser uses a credit or debit card to make the payment, the Seller may hold the funds on the card when the order is placed. The card will be charged on the same day the good is sent.
Verseau Paris reserves the right to cancel orders when needed i.e. when the payment cannot be completed or when stock errors occur and an ordered product is not in stock.
When this happens, an email is sent out to the customer with information about the cancellation. This policy still applies after related order confirmation emails and/or shipment confirmation emails have been sent out.
VAT & Duties
Please note that you may be charged VAT, duty and other related fees for the country you live in when picking up the delivery. Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package.
Verseau Paris has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
Please contact your local customs authority and delivery companies (e.g. UPS and DHL) for up to date information about what rules and fees apply to you.
DEFECTIVE GOODS & REFUNDS
If the good is defective, the Purchaser must notify the Seller that he/she wishes to invoke the defect within 14 days after delivery.
If the good has a defect and this is not due to the Purchaser or to conditions on the part of the Purchaser, the Purchaser may choose between replacement, demand a price reduction, or demand that the contract be terminated.
Notice should be given to the Seller in writing.
